Postby Loxodon » Mon Jan 25, 2010 1:37 pm

Hi, I just updated the protection system (signature) i think i did something wrong, i cant reach my page anymore all i get is the error "Restricted Access" no matter what i try cant get into the admin panel either. Please advice me :)

Edit - 17.08 GMT+1:
I tried to disable the installed component plus the plg_updater and the OSE_update plugin/com thru phpmyadmin to no avail. Also tried to look in the banlist if my own ip was in there it was removed it no results. Tried to enable legacy mode thru phpmyadmin because it seems this error has something to do with compatibility but this didnt work either.

Im lost,

Hi!

Please provide us some information about

- your current Joomla! version and if you are running it in legacy mode,
- your PHP version: php4 or php5.
- In wich way do you have activated the Anti Hacker component?
- Do you have a shared host or a dedicated server?

Best wishes,

Alex
