Happy New Year!

In order to serve all our valuable customers better, we make some adjustments to our support service policy.

1, Please raise all questions and requests for software installation and usage supports on our ticket system:

where your problems are easy to track and manage.

We'll deal with your requests on the ticket system as soon as possible.

2, If you have pre-sale questions and bug reports, please post it in the ticket system. The response time of questions for software usage supports on the Forum is not guaranteed.

3, Amendment of our Working Hours:

Monday - Friday: 8:00am -- 5:00pm;
Saturday: Off.
Sunday: Off.
Bank Holidays: Off.

4. All issues regarding the software will be reported to the project bug tracking website

5. We will leave the forum run by the community, so your answers will be answered by other users in the website.

We will reply to you as soon as possible during the above working hour. Outside these working hours, we are still working on developing, debugging and testing the new version of our software.

will not install

not sure were go .. i gone suport no answer bought program wont work . Willnot in stall i get this message.

I get this message will not install . I bought it and unable install ..

installing step 1 "STEP1_com_ose_upman"

Unable to write entry


what im to do ?
